The hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to two metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. the room had some nice facilities, such as plenty of plug points and a functional split AC. the staff was incredibly courteous and helped with anything that was required.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par and the walls were quite thin, which resulted in a lack of privacy.

Our experience at this hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. the room was quite dark and there were a few issues with the facilities, for example, some of the sockets did not work which was frustrating.

During my New Year's stay, the location of the hotel was ideal, being within close distance to major transportation hubs. The hotel also had excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms. the staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped me throughout my stay.

There were also some downsides to my stay. The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, with the bathroom and sheets requiring better upkeep.
